2010 Prescription Refill Policy

Effective January 1, 2010, the office will be implementing a new prescription refill policy. We will only be refilling medications that are prescribed by this Practice at YOUR VISIT.

We will no longer have a prescription phone line; therefore you MUST bring ALL of your medications to EVERY visit for review. When appropriate, we will give a prescription for a
1 year supply.
